4. Account Management & Platform Access

Our Commitment to Fairness

We may modify, suspend, or terminate accounts when:

Terms are violated - Breaking rules or policies
Harmful behavior occurs - Harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
Platform security is threatened - Hacking attempts, exploits
Payment issues arise - Chargebacks, fraud

Account Termination Process

1. Warning - For first-time or minor violations, we'll typically warn you
2. Temporary Suspension - For repeated or moderate violations
3. Permanent Ban - For severe or repeated serious violations

You can appeal most decisions (see Appeals section below).

Fair Treatment Promise

While we reserve the right to manage accounts as needed, we commit to:

• Acting in good faith and reasonably
• Providing explanations when possible
• Following our own enforcement guidelines
• Treating similar situations consistently

5. Content Ownership & Rights

Artist Rights (You Own Your Work!)

You retain full ownership - Your art is yours, always
Copyright stays with you - We don't claim rights to your work
You control distribution - Decide who sees your content

License You Grant Us

By uploading content, you grant SuprSketch a limited license to:

Stream your content - Through our platform
Maintain platform integrity - Cache, format for different devices

This license:

• Is non-exclusive (you can use your art anywhere)
• Lasts only while you're on the platform
• Ends when you delete content or your account
• Is limited to operating the platform (we won't use it for other purposes)

Subscriber Rights

As a subscriber, you get:

Viewing access - Watch content during your subscription
Personal enjoyment - For your own use only

You do NOT get:

We don't store card details - Stripe handles all sensitive payment data
Automatic billing - Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Subscription Billing

How it works:

Cancellation:

• Cancel anytime through your account settings
• Contact support if you need help cancelling
• Access continues until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

Refund Policy

We generally don't offer refunds for subscription payments because:

• Digital content is immediately accessible
• Artists rely on subscriber support
• Subscriptions are month-to-month or annual commitments

However, we'll consider refunds for:

Billing errors - If you were incorrectly charged
Technical issues on our end - If our platform failure prevented access
Fraudulent charges - Unauthorized use of your payment method

To request a refund, email support@suprsketch.com within 7 days with details.

Artists receive payouts according to their agreements with SuprSketch. Payment terms, revenue splits, and payout schedules are detailed in separate Artist agreements.

Open Source Components

While SuprSketch's platform is proprietary, we may use open-source components that are subject to their own licenses. The use of such components does not grant you any additional rights to our proprietary code or systems.

Respecting Both Sides

The principle is simple:

Your art is yours - We will never claim ownership of your creative work
Our platform is ours - You cannot claim ownership of our technology

This mutual respect for intellectual property is what makes SuprSketch a safe haven for artists.
